Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Integr8e. By accessing or using the Integr8e Marketplace, dashboard, or an Integr8e marketplace app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
Please read before using the service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the marketplace or its connected apps.
The marketplace service
The marketplace helps businesses discover, evaluate, and access apps created or made available by Integr8e, including apps designed to work with HubSpot and other business systems. Features may include app information, account access, installation links, connection management, and support.
Integr8e is the creator and operator of this marketplace. It is not a general marketplace operated by HubSpot, and unless expressly stated, Integr8e is independent from third-party platforms referenced by the service.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and use the service for legitimate business purposes.
- You must provide accurate information and keep account details current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.
- You must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access or misuse.
Accounts may be provisioned or approved by Integr8e. An account is personal to the authorized user and may not be sold, transferred, or shared in a way that undermines security.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only in accordance with law, these terms, and applicable third-party platform rules. You must not:
- Access data, accounts, or systems without authorization.
- Probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access controls.
- Introduce malware, abusive automation, or an unreasonable service load.
- Reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.
- Use the service to infringe rights, deceive others, or process unlawful content.
- Resell or commercially exploit the service unless agreed with Integr8e in writing.
Apps and connected services
An app may require you to authorize access to a HubSpot account or another third-party service. You control whether to grant that access and are responsible for having the necessary authority. Permissions presented during authorization describe the categories of access requested.
Your use of a third-party platform remains subject to that provider's terms, policies, limits, and availability. Integr8e is not responsible for changes made by a third-party platform that affect an app, but we may adapt, restrict, or discontinue affected functionality.
Content and intellectual property
Integr8e and its licensors retain all rights in the marketplace, apps, branding, software, documentation, design, and other service materials. Subject to these terms, Integr8e grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended business purpose.
You retain ownership of data and content you lawfully provide. You grant Integr8e the limited rights needed to host, transmit, process, and otherwise handle that content to provide, secure, and support the service.
Fees and payment
Browsing may be free, while particular apps, plans, or professional services may require payment. Any applicable price, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation rules will be disclosed before purchase or set out in a separate order or agreement. Where a separate written agreement conflicts with this section, that agreement controls for the relevant paid service.
Availability and changes
We aim to operate a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, or changes to connected platforms may affect service. We may update features, integrations, documentation, or technical requirements and will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the marketplace and apps are provided “as is” and “as available.” Integr8e disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not guarantee that every app will meet every requirement or remain compatible with every third-party change.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integr8e will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data, arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. A separate signed agreement may set different liability terms for a particular paid service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful or abusive activity, material breach, non-payment, third-party platform requirement, or discontinuation of the service.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and accrued obligations—will continue to apply.
General terms
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or business practices. The current effective date appears above. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Governing terms and disputes
Applicable law and forum may depend on the Integr8e entity, customer location, and any separate written agreement governing your service. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer or statutory rights that apply to you.
Entire agreement and severability
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable written order form the agreement for the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
